Q00BZ
The race to one
Everything you
collect is fuel.
BEFORE Q00BZ
HAD A NAME.
Before the packs.
Before the collector burns.
I burned the first world myself.

2019-21
The spark
The ExyOzys find a body.
We All Bleed the Same Colour and the first ExyOzys turn damaged souls, kindness and sensory overload into a visual language.
2021
The first world
Spooks N Sweets arrives.
A bright Halloween world of spooks, sweets, skulls, lollipops and recurring cells launches on Polygon on 31 October 2021.
2021+
The first burn
SidXO destroys the first drop.
I burned the entire drop. Instead of repeating it elsewhere, I waited until the idea could become something richer.
2022-25
The blueprint
All 14,000 possibilities become one map.
PopSoup and SpooksNSweets converge in Blueprint II: the childhood collector poster expanded into a single Ethereum schematic.
2023
Conceptual system
The shapes acquire rules.
By March, Q00Bz becomes explicit: satire, Kindling, burns, arcade plays, rotating grids and destruction as a next state.
2026
Full execution
The pieces lock together.
After years of unresolved mechanics, packs, rarity, recipes, five families and evolution converge. The Race to One.
Q00BZ WASN’T DESIGNED BACKWARDS.
IT GREW FORWARDS.
I AM THE SYSTEM.
THE WORK IS JUST EVIDENCE.
THE WORK LEFT
RECEIPTS.
The visual language became
a world, a burn, then a machine.
Artist-supplied chronology, supported by the surviving 2021 announcement and the March—April 2023 studio discussions.
Original Spooks N Sweets announcement ↗Explore the Blueprint II archive ↗The first world is announced.
SidXO announces the Polygon Spooks N Sweets drop for 31 October 2021. The surviving post is the public receipt for the world that Q00Bz would later rebuild.
I burned the first world.
I burned the entire Polygon drop and decided to wait. Destruction entered the work before collectors were ever given the same choice.
An entire PFP project. One artwork.
Emergence / Cessation is discussed as a response to the 10k / 14k PFP machine: 14,000 source works compressed into a single artwork.
Kindling was meant to burn.
Q00Bz Kindling is described as something intended to be burned and redeemed. Destruction already has a job.
The token becomes a play.
One token, one play. Token IDs cannot be reused. Human-interaction timing counters macros. 2×2, 3×3 and 4×4 grid puzzles, 90-degree rotations and six images become a game.
Insert your quarter.
The low-cost mint is framed as the arcade quarter: acquire the object, take the action, live with the result.
What if it escaped the screen?
Roon suggests a physical 3×3 object: multiple SidXO works across its faces, unexpected compositions created while solving it. SidXO’s response: Sounds legit.
The mechanics weren’t there.
Then the pieces caught up.
HIDING IN
PLAIN SIGHT.
They kept appearing.
Across characters. Across ExyOzy.
Across experiments with no final destination.
SpooksNSweets
The original SpooksNSweets visual language, conceived in 2021. Characters repeat across a field; the image already behaves as a collection of cells.
Open archive ↗ExyOzy Spooks N Sweets
Created 24 August 2022 · Ethereum · 5 works. The earlier Spook character shown here illustrates the visual ancestry; the collection link supplies the onchain trail.
Open archive ↗SidXO / ExyOzy / PopSoup
Geometry, fragments and repeat structures move through the wider practice. SidXO’s Ethereum archive was created 12 September 2022 and contains 73 works in the artist’s supplied record.
Open archive ↗BLOCKSTAR × ROCKSTAR
Cube and grid structures are visible in the project’s visual identity. Across the generative work, repetition and distribution become part of the composition.

An archived Q00Bz cube texture: six colour fields laid out to become faces of an object. The artist’s 2023 chronology gives the shape mechanics, plays and consequences.

THEY WERE BUILDING BLOCKS.
MANY BECOME
ONE.
Collect the works. Find the recipe.
Burn what came before.
Destruction is a way forward.
Spook → evolves
All ingredients must belong to the same family. Tier 1 cards and Tier 2 works never mix in a recipe.
FIVE FAMILIES.
NO INNOCENT BYSTANDERS.

The ghost in the machine.

Sweetness with consequences.

A beautiful reminder of the end.

Sugar. Colour. Destruction.

Take a bite. Change the state.

GO ON.
TEAR IT.
5 works. One sealed possibility.
Sticker books. Arcade quarters. The missing piece.
You know the feeling.
A curated practice pack. No mint, no tokens, no transaction. Demo rarities do not represent your next real pack.

The first tear is yours.
That one was free.
The next one isn’t.
THE
FURNACE.
COMMON IS FUEL.
Rarity is an ingredient.
The Common you almost ignored
could be the piece that makes the recipe.
THE NEXT STATE / TIER 2BEAUTIFUL.
BRUTAL.
SIMPLE.
Everything moves towards the same endpoint.
One collector gets there first.
- Packs exist until someone wins.
- Every pack contains 5 works.
- Rarity is an ingredient.
- Burn exact, same-family recipes to evolve.
- 5 editions of each evolution can exist.
- One of each evolved type opens the final furnace.
- The first valid final burn takes the 1/1.
- Then the machine stops.
What actually burns?
Tier 1 recipes consume exact counts from one family. The final burn consumes Tier 2 works: one of every required type. A duplicate type cannot replace a missing family.
What happens when someone wins?
Minting, new pack tears and burns close when the Masterwork is claimed. Existing unburned works remain in their holders’ wallets. Check the transactional drop interface for current eligibility and network state.
Is the physical cube part of redemption?
The physical cube is an artistic direction continuing the early Q00Bz concept. This page does not promise a physical redemption entitlement.
IT DOESN’T
END ONCHAIN.
The screen became a token.
The token became a game.
The game became an object.
Six faces. One restless idea.
A study for the physical Q00Bz direction.

The noise stops.
